THE DAVE PARSONS QUARTET Wednesday, July 11 – 7 p.m.

George Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue and the American Jazz Opera, Porgy and Bess are pure genius.

He and his lyricist brother, Ira, composed over 700 songs for Broadway shows and Hollywood films from 1918 to 1937.

Many of those songs have found their way into the “Great American Songbook” including The Man I Love, Our Love Is Here To Stay, I Got Rhythm, They Can’t Take That Away From Me, Nice Work if You Can Get It, Embraceable You and so many more fabulous favourites.

The Quartet will be joined by the charismatic Lisa Levy, a classically trained vocalist who has sung with Big |Bands and Combos for  twenty years.

Please join us for an outstanding night of tribute to the Gershwins.

THE HEARTBROKEN Wednesday, July 25 – 7 p.m.

Amazing female lead singer, Dahmnait Doyle, is accompanied by the talented Peter Fusco, Stuart Cameron and Blake Manning in a genre known as Canadian Indie Rock.

They began live with an acoustic residency at the Three Speed in Toronto and then on to the legendary Dakota Tavern, where they plugged in and played hard.

The Heartbroken were nominated for Best Group at this year’s Canadian Country Music Awards.  Whether they're on guitar, piano, mandolin, drums, banjo or bass.  It does not matter  who is  playing what, they are wonderful artists!

This is a new rootsy supergroup and not to be missed.
